Caprese Sandwiches

My best {& lifelong} friend Katrina & I have a VERY MOST FAVORITE sandwich…we eat it all the time.

Especially for special occasions.

It is very much like a Caprese salad but it includes wonderful,

yummy french bread as well.

The Sandwich is fresh and flavorful.

If you eat it on your patio while the sun is setting and a cool breeze is blowing,

it is easy to imagine that you are in Tuscany on a vineyard feeling completely content with life.

Here is the yummy recipe.

I hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
