It’s Not Easy Being Green Barbie Party
Last Week my cute as a button niece had a Birthday.
She wanted a Barbie Party but she doesn’t like pink anymore,
you see, “Pink’s not in the rainbow” :-{
So, now her favorite color is green.
My sister looked all over but everything for Barbies is Pink.
So I offered to create some Green Barbie, Party Stuff
and of course, I am GONNA post it… :)
I was in-charge of the gift bags.
They are simple, just ribbons {from Wal-mart & Hobby Lobby} tied onto brown paper sacks.
The thank you’s I cut with my Cricut using
my Calligraphy Collection Font Cartridge.
{You can purchase that here from Amazon}
I created a set of plaid and a set of Damask Tags.
You can download them here:
For you ladies, just for fun, I designed some Invitations as well…

Inside
You can download those here:
Well, I hope you like them and I hope they come in handy for your own Barbie Party.
I thought about creating some different colors, {including pink}
Just so you know, this is not the project for my sister that I keep mentioning. I am still working on that
but I promise…soon! :)
In the meantime, you may want to checkout some of my latest posts

I hope to see you again really soon! ;)

Since this post I have created a Hot Pink and Black version of the Barbie Printables. You can find them here.

Amber, I LOVE the green. =D Sometimes little girls just don’t like pink- and this color pallet makes it much more vintage feeling in my opinion. I would love it if you would link up to my debut Sweet Sharing Monday! http://saynotsweetanne.com/2012/sweet-sharing-monday/
Thanks Kayla!
Love your site and Linky party btw…
thanks for the invite.

Hi Amber, I’m having my daughter a barbie party in Sept. For her 4th birthday. My daughter loves barbie and never thought of the idea till coming across your weblog. We’d love to use your invites and tags and was wondering if you would be able to create them in hot pink and black. Thank you so much for the idea and for sharing your beautiful creations with us.
Hi Pearl!
I Don’t mind at all…thank you so much for asking! I Did make a Hot pink and Black version, I hope that you found them and that they are what you were looking for. I hope your daughter has a wonderful birthday!

I love it!!! I was wondering if you could create a red and black version? I would love to see the damask tags in red. I’m throwing my girls a vintage barbie party at the end of the month, and a red, black and white version of the damask tag would add a the perfect touch to the rest of the decor. Thank you for sharing your creations!
Hi Tiffany :)
I created a red version and honestly, I think it might be my very favorite! Shhhh…
I will be posting it for download on Monday. Hopefully it works out…your party sounds like tons of fun!
Ttys,

Hi! I’m Liza and I’m new to organizing events. One new challenge to me is creating a simple yet lovely and memorable birthday party event for a 7-year old girl who happens to love Barbie. For an economically and politically challenged country like ours, it’s quite tough to create an image of a dream-like, all purple and pink, heavenly scenario of a birthday for this girl of innocence. I appreciate this site of yours to at least prepare me to pour out ideas for this girl’s dream party.
Appreciate it more if you could share more of your simple, cost-effective, yet to die for Barbie party ideas that will make this girl’s day unforgettable.
