Melt In Your Mouth Monkey Bread!

I know my family does…

How would you like to wake up to the smell of warm bread with very little effort?

{okay, maybe you won’t get to wake up to it but your family or friends will}  :)

This amazing, easy, & delicious  recipe is so simple

You throw it together right b4 you go to bed & it’s ready to cook & enjoy in the morning…

There are only 5 ingredients.

You will love this naughty treat for sure!

This is how simple it is:

That’s It!  All there is to it!

And if you are like me…you will find yourself craving it again & again…mmmmm…mmmmm!

Melt In Your Mouth Monkey Bread

Melt In Your Mouth Monkey Bread Recipe
Easy, Bread, Breakfast, Sticky, Brunch, Cinnamon, Pudding, Caramel, Warm, Butterscotch, Frozen, Gooey, Monkey, Over-night, Rolls
  
Ingredients
  • 20-30 Individual Frozen bread rolls
  • 1 Pkg. Cook & Serve Butterscotch Pudding
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Butter or margerine
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
Directions
  • Grease a 9 x13 pan & place the frozen rolls in the 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the pudding and the cinnamon over the top of the rolls. Combine the melted butter & the brown sugar & dribble over the top. Grease a piece of tin foil and place it greased side down, over the top of the pan. Secure it firmly and place everything in the fridge over-night.
  • In the morning, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 20 minutes or until it sounds hollow when taped. Cool 5 minutes. Turn upside down {do not remove the foil, makes for easier clean-up} onto a cookie sheet.

    Do you think it would be possible to prep this, stick it in the freezer for a few days and then pull it out and let it rise before baking? Would it be better to bake it first, freeze the finished product and then re-heat?

      Hi Beth. I am not positive because I haven’t tried it but I am pretty positive that it would work. The recipe uses Rhodes frozen rolls anyways so considering they are already frozen, I bet you could seal the pan with saran wrap really well after you compile a;; of the ingredients. I bet it could stay there for a while and you could just take it out and place it in the fridge the night before you would like to use it. Easy peezy…good luck & please let me know if it works…I may have to try it myself. :-)
