These biscuits are one of a kind, they are very moist and they almost melt in your mouth.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup 7UP®
  2. 1/2 cup butter
  3. 4 1/2 cup baking mix
  4. 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Melt butter in a bowl in the microwave in 5 second intervals.
  3. Pour the butter into a large cookie sheet.
  4. Mix the 7UP®, baking mix, and sour cream together in a bowl until dough holds together . It will be sticky.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured work surface and roll it into 1-inch thick circle.
  6. Cut circles out of dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a wine glass and place in the melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until biscuits are golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
  8. Remove them from the oven and let them stand until the biscuits have absorbed all the butter.
