Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  2. 1 tsp. salt
  3. 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  4. 1 1/4 c. warm water
  5. 1/4 c. sugar
  6. 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  7. 1 Tbsp. active dry yeast or 1 pkg.
Instructions
  1. Add water, sugar, oil, and yeast into the container. Then add the flour, salt, and wheat flour.
  2. Reverse blades 3 times at 1 second intervals on high speed.
  3. To knead dough, dip a rubber spatula in flour and jab the dough a few times in order to compress it down into blades.
  4. Tap-release kneading technique. Repeat this two-step kneading cycle (jabbing and tap-release technique) about 8 times until the dough forms the shape of a ball on top of the blades.
  5. Place dough in a prepared loaf pan.Smooth and shape with an oiled spatula, and let rise in a warm place until double in size.
Notes
  1. This can be adapted for your stand mixer by doubling it.
