So, I decided that every Thursday I get to post my favorite links…{hehe…lucky me}
I love exploring what others think and create. People are so amazing to me.
I hope you enjoy link Thursdays as much as I know I will…:)A week ago I pinned a Picture of the yummiest looking Blueberry Cheesecake I have ever seen. I am sure that a few of you have seen it.

It is BIG, and BLUE, and WONDERFUL!
I re-pinned it from a Pinterest friend and thought nothing of it
(which is funny because I usually get lost “checking” the link…lol)
A day or so later Lady Lisa from victorianlady.com (now a friend of mine on Pinterest) asked me where she could find the recipe. It stopped me cold. I couldn’t believe I hadn’t checked it. I looked everywhere…I Googled Blueberry Cheesecake, Blueberry Cake, Blueberry Ice cream Cake. I couldn’t find it anywhere…The closest thing I found was this other mysterious picture of
a Frozen Chocolate and Blueberry Cake by Cook Clean on Tumblr

but I can’t quite see it and I don’t really believe that there is chocolate in the first picture.
(not that I know for sure…)

Although I could not find the source of the cake, I did find many other YUMMY blueberry cakes so I though that I would share them with all of you…

This looks sooooo yummy and very close to mystery cake #1 but I have to be honest…Unless it is ice cream, I have a really hard time believing that our mystery cake is not baked.

This Blueberry Cheesecake by Connie at casaveneracion.comlooks yummy. It reminds of the recipe I have but it looks like cheesecake with berries just on top.

Can You Believe this is Vegan? It looks so yummy. The best cake I ever had was actually vegan at my brother and sister-in-law’s wedding. Vegan cakes are soooo moist! They melt in your mouth almost brownie-like.
This Chocolate Blueberry Cake from Fat Free Vegan Kitchen looks so good I think I am going to have to start following her feed.

And as long as we are talking blueberries…this is my favorite all time food pin.

It looks so amazing! I definitely have to make this one…
But unfortunately this portion of our “Tour” has led me to a whole other kind of “blueberry food”
and I had better stop there because I could go on all night…
