Warmed Cranberry Brie


One of my favorite hors d’oeuvre recipes during the holiday season is Warmed Cranberry Brie.

It’s easy, addictive, and it works great for most parties including Christmas and New Years.

  1. 1 Round of Brie Cheese
  2. 1/2 c. of Cranberry Sauce
  3. 1/8 c. of Sugared Pecans or Walnuts
  4. Crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Trim off the top of the brie.
  4. Cover with the cranberry sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the sugared nuts on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until melty.
  7. Serve on a platter with crackers.
