When I was a teenager, I used to make Gingerbread houses & give them to my friends as Christmas presents.

{Yes, I was a bit of a Home Economist addict, even then…lol}

I used to use coordinating M&M’s and fill the houses with candy for my friends to enjoy…

Every Year, my parents hold a party for their grand kids

where they decorate Graham Cracker Houses.

This year, the party triggered the memory of making the gingerbread houses for my friends 20 years ago.

 Which then triggered my decorating gene…

Which {not surprisingly, I admit} triggered a Christmas Tablescape idea…

A Christmas Brunch where everyone receives their own gingerbread house…

 I will be sharing the gingerbread house recipe tomorrow

so be sure to follow my feed {here} if you would like to know when I post that.

 Thanks for stopping by dear friends!

I hope to see you again soon.

    What a fun idea, Amber! A Gingerbread house for each guest! But the part I like best are the little gingerbread “cookies” hanging by ribbons- that is beautiful! I remember the houses you made as a teenager – they were no less than AMAZING!
