I absolutely LOVE these healthy, amazing parfait that actually taste anything but good for you.

They are a real treat at my house plus they are extremely easy to create.

there are only three ingredients.

Honey sweetened Greek yogurt, granola, and frozen berries.

  1. Honey sweetened plain Greek yogurt.
  2. Granola any flavor
  3. Mixed berries. Fresh is best but frozen will work.
  1. Layer in a pretty glass.

    When I saw the picture of this yummy parfait I knew I just HAD to have some – I splurged and bought ripe berries – my favorites, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries on sale at Maceys this week, bought some granola and yoghurt and I am enjoying this delicious yumminess as I write this, excuse me, but I just HAVE to have another bite. . . thanks for sharing this Amber!!!! It’s like having a dessert for breakfast, but a dessert that is GOOD for you – too good to be true!
