You know that feeling of walking into a cozy home and immediately feeling welcomed? When the scents, looks, and atmosphere all seem to welcome you with open arms and embrace you in a warm hug?
That’s the feeling that inspired the entryway…
To start with. I chose a light, open, and natural Entry Console Table with Reclaimed Wood and Hairpin Legs I liked how it added so much character and depth without taking up too much space. You can purchase a similar one from houzz® here .
or you can have one made here.
I also knew that I wanted some quotes. I especially wanted one that said, “It’s so good to be home.”
Here is a printable version so that you can use your Cricut®Explore Air™ to create your own.
I added some signs I found locally and some hats I found at the second-hand store.
Check out this recycled tire basket. Isn’t it fun? You can find similar items here.
I changed out the light in our entryway to match our new kitchen light. (You’ll see it soon…)
You can find one like mine here.
You can find the rug here.
I’m thinking about painting the inside of the door and changing the decor on the door wall. I will let you know what I decide.
Happy DIYing Friends!
