Prana Brush and Sugar Scrub

Have you ever heard of dry brushing?

Dry brushing is a great way to naturally exfoliate your skin. Brushing helps remove old, dead skin, unclogs your skin’s pores, and eliminates ingrown hairs. It also improves skin tone and promotes the production of collagen and elastin fibres, which dramatically reduces and eliminates cellulite.

The health benefits of dry brushing are greatly enhanced when you use an ionic body brush. Find one made with extra-fine ion-charged copper bristles, like the Dry Brush.  They  naturally create negative ions that protect your body from free radicals and have numerous other health benefits. In addition, the molecular composition of their unique bristles encourage the direct and immediate absorption of negative ions into your skin, which increases the benefits of dry brushing.  It even improves the speed of detoxification.
