  1. 2-3 Sprigs Rosemary - cleaned and dried completely
  2. 1-2 Cloves of Garlic Chopped into Quarters
  3. 1-11/2 c. Olive Oil
  4. Glass bottles
  1. Wash and dry glass bottles.
  2. Drop the chopped garlic onto the bottles.
  3. Drop the rosemary sprigs in.
  4. Pour the oil in.
  5. Top and shake.
  6. Tie a label onto each bottle.
  7. Store in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator.
  1. If you would like to infuse the flavors into the oil quicker, heat the oil and herbs over the stove before pouring it into the bottles.
